I run raw food & dessert workshops on a  monthly basis.

You can find below some information  about the different workshops I am  running until September 2019.


All my workshops are suitable for vegans, vegetarians and celiacs (over 16’s only). My desserts are gluten free and refined sugar free. Please note they are made with love and a lot of nuts therefore if you are allergic to any type of nuts, those workshops are unfortunately not suitable for you (full terms and conditions available at the bottom of this page)

Please let me know in advance if you have any food allergies or intolerance and I will do my best to accommodate you.

Workshop diary for July to September 2019:  

6th July (2 - 3.30pm, £35 - Glasgow) - Easy Raw Desserts & Snacks 

Join me for a fun session learning how to make lovely raw desserts and nutritious treats. 

This workshop is designed for people who are new to raw desserts and would like to learn how to make tasty, gluten free and refined sugar free raw desserts & snacks. 

I will show you how to make an easy & delicious raw cake then I will introduce you to the art of raw pastry. Finally, I will demonstrate how easy it is to make raw nutritious bites.

Please note, I will be using a lot of nuts so this workshop is not suitable for people who are seriously allergic to all type of nuts.

You will take home a recipe book with the recipes learned on the day and the raw treats made during the workshop.

This workshop is taking place at Our World Yoga, 1000 Great Western Road, Glasgow, G12 0NS.

Please note, a minimum of 6 people need to book this workshop in order for it to go ahead. This workshop is limited to 8 people maximum.

11th August (11am - 1.30pm, £40 - Glasgow) - Easy Raw Desserts & Snacks with raw lunch

Join me for a fun workshop making raw desserts and sharing a small raw lunch.

During the workshop, I will show you how to make a raw cheesecake, some seasonal fruit little tarts and delicious raw brownies. After all our hard work we will share a raw 2 course lunch.

This workshop is taking place at Soul Food Kitchen in Glasgow.

Workshop Terms & Conditions: All workshops need to be booked and paid in advance. An email will be sent to all participants a few days before each workshop to confirm all the details. The workshops are non refundable. If you need to cancel and give me at least 7 days notice, you will be able to defer your booking to another similar workshop (only valid for 6 months). If you cancel less than 7 days prior to the workshop, your booking won't be deferrable.
